I’m Selina Waterman-Smith: writer, survivor, former "The Apprentice" candidate, and advocate for victims.

This channel is where we dive into real-life trauma: childhood abuse, coercive control, narcissistic manipulation, kidnapping, betrayal, and the brutal systems that failed me in Dubai and almost cost me my life.

I'm going to share my experiences as well as what going from insane-to-sane actually looks like (and maybe even a cheeky episode about my time on The Apprentice.)
