Lost 3% fat rate in 8 days recently. Join me to eat fun and tasty food. Not a fan of strict eating restriction because food is how I release my emotions. My personal trainer gave me a very relaxing daily food intake formula. I can eat anything I want as long as it's within the range.
Current daily food: Breakfast 60g toast or 120g rice, 150g meat, 100g-200g vegetables and fruits; Lunch 250g rice, 150g meat, 100g-200g vegetables and fruits; Dinner 200g rice, 150g meat, 100-200g vegetables.
