Kondo's Draping Library

Due to the increasing cases of infectious diseases, the way we study fashion is about to change drastically. We are quickly moving from analogue to digital methods of study. Libraries and paper books are wonderful treasures, but if we want to share knowledge on a global scale, we cannot deny the benefits of digitalization. I am aiming to create a digital draping library on Youtube. This allows everyone in the world to learn precise technique at any moment. The title of the channel is “The Library of Draping”. Draping is a long-standing analogue technique, so I thought naming it a library would suit it better than to call it at an archive. I will slowly increase the contents on the channel including dresses, jackets, coats, men’s designs and move into all areas of fashion.
