Immanuel Cakes

My cakes was a classic Victoria sponge with buttercream and jam. To me, that's a homemade cake and about as much "fancy" as any cake requires. It tasted great and had the aroma 🏡

I love the look of the homemade cake, that as with the family it is unique and made all the more special by being 💕

Our homemade cake was boxed chocolate cake mix smothered in a ganache. It was easy and tasted sensational. Honestly, we got what we wanted quick and easy and thought ourselves all the more clever for doing 👍

It was a plain vanilla cake with plain vanilla buttercream, all topped with a salted caramel sauce and a few chopped nuts. That's all the fancy I'll ever need. Home made and gorgeous.And also yummy 😋
