Yushukan Karate

Yushukan Karate on YouTube is for Goju Ryu practitioners who want extra, at-home training to support what they’re already doing in the dojo. You’ll find kihon refreshers, kata walk-throughs, bunkai ideas, conditioning, self-defence concepts, and modern applications that still respect Goju roots. I currently train with and am graded under JKF Gojukai Japan and Seiwakai Japan, so the material here follows real, current standards—not guesswork.
