Dr. Pushpalata Pratap

Dr. Pushpalata Pratap studied at Vasanta College in Varanasi, Allahabad University, Banaras Hindu University, and Oxford University. She always had an interest in dance, music, and literature. She also became an active member of the Theosophical Society. She became a Lecturer and Reader in Psychology at the Banaras Hindu University. She would later serve as the Principal of Vasant Kanya Mahavidyala. She is the author of 'Yatra Ke Padav' (Journey of Milestones) and 'Punarnava.'

डा. पुष्पलता प्रताप की शिक्षा वसन्ता कालेज वाराणसी इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय काशी हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय बी.एच. यू.व आक्सफ़ोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय में हुई। नृत्य संगीत व साहित्य में विशेष अभिरुचि थी। थियोसोफिकल सोसायटी की सक्रिय सदस्या रहीं। काशी हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय में मनोविज्ञान की प्रवक्ता, रीडर , फिर वसन्त कन्या महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्या हुईं। आपने 'यात्रा के पड़ाव' और 'पुनर्नवा' व अन्य रचनाएं रचीं।
