Hello and Welcome to Spices and More !

If you are looking for traditional, simple and easy recipes, look no further. My mission is to simplify traditional recipes and make them accessible to everyone ! I have been blessed with the cooking genes as I come from a family of foodies and great home cooks. A lot of the recipes that I intend to post have been passed on to me by my mother and other close family members. I love cooking traditional as well as modern recipes. Most of my recipes are vegan(or easily converted to vegan). A lot of my recipes dont require onion or garlic.

My videos are filmed using a very basic home production, nothing fancy ! I will be posting a video every Friday.

My mother and sister have been the greatest inspirations and influences in my life. My husband is the driving force behind me constantly supporting me and being there for me. My children are my greatest fans and critics :)
