Detailing the construction and adventures of Goliath, a Enigma 3.6 Micro cruiser.

The Enigma is a Sharpie designed by Matt Layden and built out of plywood.

It is ballasted, with a reefable balanced lugsail and used chine runners instead if a keel or centreboard.

Goliath, my Enigma has an automatic bilge pump, regulation lighting and a compass.

We run charting from a mobile phone.

Unfortunately there are no plans for the Enigma and Goliath was reverse engineered by scaling from photos, contacting other builders. There are plans available for Enigma' s big sister, The Paradox
