Exceptions that do not require permission, but do require credit:

-AMVs/Animatics/animation memes/etc

-Remixes (not including daycore, nightcore, slowed with reverb)

-Use of a PV I made for an original song in a cover of that song

If you don't see what you're doing in the "Exceptions" section, you need to ask permission.
