A passionate and committed Hotel General Manager with nearly 3 decades’ experience in the luxury hotel sector. Utilizes the motivation required to serve as a strong ‘Business Leader’ at the hotel / resort. In my past roles with the Hotels and Resorts chain of international bespoke properties, where I work in the capacity of the General Manager - Hospitality, I carry out my duties with the key objective of delivering superlative service quality to the guests, whilst simultaneously ensuring that each department’s workforce achieves the agreed financial and operational performance objectives.
