The Delray Misfits

Channel dedicated to some of the wacky, witty, jacked, & charismatic characters who trained at 6am at World Gym in Delray Beach, Florida.

It all started back in 1998 early in the morning at the old World Gym. That's when OG Misfits Saul, Big Richard, Lenny, Andrew C., and Andrew all met. When that gym closed in 2003, we all migrated to Gold's Gym, which then became Delray Fitness, and then became World Gym once again. From 2003 on, along came Jason, Brad, Will, JT, Chuck, Marc, Jay, Jennifer, "Coath" Andrew & the rest of the 6am crew. The Delray Misfits were born. We train, talk shit, and have fun. Around here we're all misfit maniacs.
