Kakapo Systems

Kakapo Systems are software solutions providers developing applications that enhance call and contact center offerings for the Cisco© BroadSoft© platform. We have been developing and innovating our own UC and call center apps, undertaking custom development, since 2006.

Kakapo Systems develops flagship Unity applications for BroadSoft. These are modular software applications, all able to work collectively with full omnichannel capability in the consolidated Unity Contact Center product. Our individual application modules include Agent, Supervisor and Dashboard interfaces for the BroadSoft ACD solution. Alongside this we have Desktop, Reception and Unity Mobile to supplement the BroadSoft Hosted PBX offering.

Unity apps unlock the full capabilities of BroadSoft, combining all services within an intuitive point-and-click interface. With apps for UC and the full BroadSoft call centre suite, Unity offers continuity across the spectrum of BroadSoft hosted UC.
