B.L. Lauffer Middle School is a proud 21st Century Community Learning Center empowering students to take an active role in their own learning. Among the top 3% of AVID schools worldwide, we have been designated a National AVID Demonstration School, recognized for developing work habits & mindsets that make student college, career, and community ready. We provide a rigorous academic program that features student inquiry, career exploration, technology integration, & exciting learning opportunities that include visual & performing arts, media, engineering, computer programming, athletics, and leadership. Our extracurriculars include a wide variety of clubs and enrichment activities where students can explore their interests in music, fine arts, culinary, sports, and more.
