Sadie is a born-and-raised Texas singer songwriter crossing genres of rock, pop, country and hip hop

to create music that is uniquely hers. Complex, poetic and haunting, her lyrics offer an honest and

raw look into a woman coming-of-age while breaking free from an oppressive religious culture.

In her latest release, Not Here In The Now, she expresses the pit of anxiety and detachment she fell into.

"I left the church, my entire community, and didn't really know who I was anymore. Nothing made sense, including my marriage and being a young mom. It was hard for me to accept the reality of my life, my choices, and move forward with a healthier and more confident outlook all at the same time. I became paralyzed in my self expression, for fear that I wouldn't be accepted. Cause I already felt really lonely, and that's a terrifying feeling."

Not Here in the Now is a glimpse of Sadie's musical and lyrical themes presented in her upcoming album which is a celebration of female power, liberation and self-love.
