The goal of Lake Grove’s Physical Education program is to give students the skills, knowledge, and motivation to be healthy and physically active for the rest of their lives.

In P.E., we work together in a physically and emotionally safe atmosphere to help students learn to believe in themselves, support and respect one another, solve problems and think critically, set high and realistic goals, and enjoy movement and being active. My role as a physical educator is to help bring out the strengths and unique talents already inside of each student and empower them to want to keep developing skills, learning, and growing as compassionate human beings long after they leave Lake Grove.
