Hi everyone Im Mia! I have created this channel to inspire others to eat more plantbased foods. I grew up only eating plantbased vegan food and I love how much have changed since! I share my best tricks and recipies/ideas with you every week.

I currently live in Stockholm Sweden but I travel a lot and have lived in London, U.K for all my grown up life, therefore my british accent!
