I’ve been running my fitness blog since the year 2000. I’ve been in the fitness industry since the very beginning of this decade, and when I began my blog I knew nothing about running. I started out blogging about running workouts and training, and as time went on I figured out how to make it work for me. I learned how to schedule training based on my life, and to post consistent content that kept readers coming back.
