6. Development Finance: Upto 80% of GDV if Property/Land already purchased & PP in place.

7. Hybrid Equity Dev Finance: Upto 98% of Project Cost with PP in place. Only available to experienced Developers.

8. JV Development Finance: For Owners of Property /Land who don't want Financial Risk or Hands-on involvement but would agree to enter into a 50% profit share on uplift value on completion.
