My major is Chemical Engineering. Used to be a cosmetic formulation chemist in a global leading FMCG company.

With more and more Asian sauces and ingredients available at Australian big 2 supermarkets - Coles and Woolworths, it's getting easier to cook simple Asian dishes at home. These sauces and ingredients are also available from a local Asian grocery store.

I would like to share mostly the quick and easy Asian recipes and also some traditional Asian cuisines step by step in my video.
