We’re Alicia and Shad, a husband-and-wife duo (with our Great Dane, Remi) documenting the journey of transforming our 15-acre property filled with towering 100-foot pines into a magical place. From carving out biking trails and building a disc golf course to operating machinery and creating a home for our future family, we’re sharing every step.

This land is more than just a project, it’s a dream years in the making. Before finding it, we spent a decade pouring ourselves into building a business together. That season of hard work gave us the chance to start fresh and build something new. Now we want to show that the American dream is alive and well, and that with persistence and vision, it’s possible to create the life you imagine.
