That experience was great but it was time for a change. This Channel started off showing my progress of cutting my Sisterlocks and starting over by learning to grow and maintain my natural hair. I also share my experience with losing 56 pounds on Ideal Protein and how I manage working out and staying fit while wearing natural hairstyles.
