Hi, I make video essays on the role of food in cultural change. This includes anything from "why are we eating so much protein?", to the weirdest of food trends, and to the origin of food deserts.

I first started this channel in 2020 as an avenue for my creativity and expression of interests, but paused to work on other projects. It's been such a good time starting again with fresh eyes and newer (I hope!) ideas.
