13th Month Records belongs to Net Show media Co. Ltd. which is a company dedicated to the dissemination of the music and video through the new media of internet. During the relatively low season of the Chinese music industry, 2006 to 2007, 13th Month Records managed to defy the trend by successfully positioning Wan Xiao Li as the icon of the next generation folk Rock.
