East Cartoon Television

East Cartoon Television (Arabic: تلفزيون الكرتون الشرقي ), also known by the acronym ETV, is the state-owned Television network in East Cartoon. It started broadcasting as Nooristan Television in what was then East Nooristan on 25 December 1958. It was renamed East Cartoon Television after independence in 1972. Broadcasts in full colour started in 1981. About 95% people of East Cartoon are enjoying ETV programs from the network's 25 relay stations.
