Myself chef Anish Jose, a professional from the Hospitality Industry. I have been cooking with passionate and serve with love❤️. Still I remember when I was 9 year old, I make my first dish in home. After pre university,I decided that, it is my life and joined #IIMS KOCHI. Then worked with enthusiastically andpassion in different Hotels . During in my 20 years old professional life, I got many opportunities to prepare many celebrities and National leaders, and got chances to travel and Work in many countries. Wherever I go, my first observation about different dishes and recipes and way of its cooking .
